Welcome to Blaze Kart Engines – I’m Mike Chaplin

I specialise in race preparation, servicing and tuning of Honda GX160 engines for use on Honda Cadet karts and twin engine Prokarts

All my new engines are built from selected parts, any parts that are of a poor dimensional value will not be used, but are available for sale if you need spares for your generator!

When undertaking a rebuild I will record the same measurements which are taken when creating a selected parts engine

You can supply your own GX160 engines and I will measure and select the best parts

If you are racing in Honda Cadet I have wealth of experience of chassis setup and I am very happy to share this experience with all my customers.
